By using the NegosAI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. All subscription fees are non-refundable. The costs of server maintenance and AI image generation are substantial, and thus we cannot offer refunds.
2. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will still have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
4. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including the content you create and share using the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
6. We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold NegosAI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
8. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NegosAI regarding your use of the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements between you and NegosAI regarding the Service.
